Shipping Policy:
1. Order Shipping for Sticker Mail Orders Under $20:
All sticker mail orders with a total value of under $20 will be shipped as letter mail. This means that your order will be mailed with in an envelope. There will still be tracking , but it will be limited to the nearest post office. This will help us reduce shipping costs and offer you affordable prices. Sticker mail orders will be items smaller items that are flat. (Die cut stickers, sticker sheets, mini prints, etc.)
2. USPS First Class Shipping (For Tracked Shipments)
For orders that qualify For USPS First Class shipping (items that will be shipped in anything other than an envelope) will get upgraded to get tracked. You will receive an email confirmation that will contain a tracking number.
3. International Shipping:
We currently are not able to ship orders internationally due to current situation of tariffs. As soon as we figure out a solution we will keep you updated.
4. Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds for orders. However, if an item arrives damaged, a resend can be made. Provide a phone of the item, name, and order number within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We will make efforts to accommodate your needs and address any issues that may occur.
5. Lost Orders
We know that things can go wrong during transit. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong order, we're happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item
- Your order number and name
Once the claim was review and approved, we will gladly resend the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. We do not issue refunds.
FAQ:
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are normally processed in 2-3 business days and shipped within 2-4 after the order has been placed. We however cannot predict delays due to weather conditions or things outside of our control.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not. But we are planning for a future where international shipping is available.
Do you offer wholesale?
