Refund policy

At Roguishly by Gigi, we design and packaged with love and care. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We know that things can go wrong during transit. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong order, we're happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item
  • Your order number and name 

Once the claim was review and approved, we will gladly resend the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. We do not issue refunds.

Lost Orders

Stickers only orders will be shipped via USPS with no tracking, so there might be a 1-2 week wait before your order is delivered.

On orders with tracking: 

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. If your order was lost in transit, please reach out so that we can assist you further.
