  • All items are handmade or designed in small batches, so availability may be limited.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.

      3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods are those provided by the selling platform.

      4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the United States only.
  • Processing time is 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise.

      5. Returns, Exhanges & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
  • If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, name and order number and we will be glad to make it right.

      6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Roguishly by Gigi is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo, name, and order number for assistance.
  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS directly with dealing with your tracking number.

      7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, product photos, and branding are all the intellectual property of Roguishly by Gigi.
  • These may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

      8. Limitation of Liability

  • Roguishly by Gigi is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of products or shipping delays.
  • Stationery and sticker products are intended for personal use and are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.

      9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be covered by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pensylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
